What is BookMinute?
BookMinute is a concierge booking service: hotels, taxis, flights, trains, restaurants and events. You submit a request in a minute and our concierge takes care of the rest.
How does the subscription work?
One subscription gives you a number of booking credits per period. A credit is only used when our concierge takes one of your requests, and your credits are renewed at each billing period.
Do I need an account before paying?
No — you can pay as a guest: your account is created with the email you enter during the secure payment, and you can sign in with it at any time.
How fast are requests handled?
Our concierge takes requests within 12 hours. If we cannot take yours in time — or its date passes — it is cancelled automatically, you are notified by email and no credit is used.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your settings, in one click. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and simply stops renewing — see our cancellation policy.
